Pride Property Management

Terrible management service. They flooded me and refuse to replace the damaged light. If you're looking for a property manager, you may want to look elsewhere.

The only pride they have is in doing the bare minimum. Staff is frequently rude to co-op shareholders. Poor communication and attention to detail. They have sent incorrect information about assessments to the shareholders in my building several times in the last few months.

I honestly question the legitimacy of this business - their refusal to respond to emails or return phone calls sure supports my theory that this is a SCAM. 0/5 stars - will not consider any property that uses this sham company to avoid being robbed of time, money, and info again.

if I could give 0 stars I would. this management company is horrible. You ask them questions and they don't know the answers. you ask who would know and that person is either busy or doesn't know either. If you don't want to work don't take the job.
