C+C Apartment Management

Management is awful. On going problem for a while, can't seem to get my radar replaced for aver 3 years, the radar has been broken with no cover my granddaughter wake up with nose bleeds. Maybe when they stop getting Rent the problem will be slove. I have hade the worst experience with the Brooklyn office on Dekalb Ave. I can't get management to do anything about the smoke in my building it's supposed to be a smoke free building that a joke

C & C management is the worst ever. Im so sorry my complex changed to this company. Its filthy, never painted any more. Floors in hallways , lobby need repair. As well as the elevators are in bad shape. Theyre collecting plenty of money so why are things so dilapidated? Who do we contact?

I have been here for 3 years and If it wasnt for my super Jose. C&C would not get a rating. I actually like my building and love my apartment but Management sucks. I encountered one person who was actually nice but they are severely understaffed. On top of that they pick and choose when they want to take you to court. The first court date was on me as I was in between checks. But I went through the one shot deal and ERAP to cover everything I owed. Since then Ive been on medical leave from work and I have a disability so I couldnt make any payments for 2 months. And back to court theyre trying to take me. I will say I owed $7000 the first time but this time its only 2 months worth and Im already getting a note stuck on my door for everyone to see. The first time they sent it in my mail. Now they can careless and want everyone to see. My super called me to let me know and Im forever grateful for him. But the unprofessionalism is through the roof with these people. Feels as though they are targeting people and forcing people to leave that came through housing connect. SMH
