        I think your service is off-pair. Thank you for providing us with a new way to pay our rent. You guys do work with your tenants and, at the same time, keep them informed and aware of every little detail about what is going on or being done in the building. Overall, I am delighted with Urban American Management.

        1 one word: Liars. Applicant clerk will lie and say they never received your applications and then make up weird rules that unmarried couples need to make 50x the income because they're not married. Don't waste your time if you're not looking to deal with a bunch of made up realtor rules -- comment below this is also UNTRUE

        The worst mgmt team i have ever encountered.. they will cut every corner and will not respond to service calls for weeks.. they are the biggest slum lords would never rent from this mgmt company again!!!!!
