weve ask for this to be removed almost a year ago due to rodents, roaches .. this is a hazard living like this & this aint the only thing this is one of MANY issues with this new management .. (this is outside my parents window)

Faria Management is by far the worst company of any kind I have ever encountered. Right now the water in my bathroom is off since this morning. I could go with how these people continue to ruin my life but I'm running out of space

This is the worst company they are very unprofessional I never had a balance in my account until they came along I got proof my rent was paid on time I always pay on time Now it no hot water all weekend and its no maintenance men around these was a bad move for our complex they just trying to save money this is a very unprofessional company sorry we cant shower we have balances on our accounts when we paid our rent Lack of communication they dont let you know nothing its so unprofessional sad we have to go though this no hot water and they not posting our rent payments on time We never had issues with water or maintenance its no maintenance we have to go the whole weekend no hot water and its March 3rd still no hot water or maintenance This company need to be stopped I am reporting them to the BBB they cant be in business doing things like this most of all I paid my rent February 1st its march 3rd they still havent updated my account so I have to pay my rent to the courts now this is sad how they cant get it right

Terrible management I've seen, don't know how the management manage the business. Everything is sick. No hot water and heat in the winter, can you imagine how cold it is? my little baby is sick because of this. I pay for the rent on time every month, and I can't get what I deserve? It doesn't make any sense. Is that hard to fix the boiler? You should hire someone more professional. The front door of the building is broken. I've seen someone that is not living in this building just get into the building, I feel unsafe. The elevator is broken all the time. The announcement said water will be shut off from 8am to 4pm. I totally understand it. However, they shut the water off around 4:30pm. what time zone are you in? Looks like you are not in eastern time zone. I called management office from 6pm, no one fixed it. It is 11:30pm, still no water at all. Is any one available to fix emergency issue? It is so ridiculous. You should give the property back to NYCHA.
