Save yourself the headache and avoid and all cost! They do not deserve your hard earned money! They ignore all tenants and I guess think they have become too big for tenants rights to matter!! Go look on their Instagram, every post they make theres unhappy tenants who comment or people who they have done business with who have been treated horribly!!! They put the wrong people who lack basic people skills in management positions at their developments and thats just one of the many reasons they are all so bad and ran into the ground

This company is driving me nuts, they asked for all my paperwork, including notarized documents. Then ignore you! Ive never been treated like this. I was sure after I did the notary paperwork, I would have been offered an apartment. After several emails,,with no response from them,. I am very disappointed. I noticed others gave them 2 stars, so I guess its not just myself? So Im putting up this review. Because I feel I have totally wasted my time. I dont know why Im being treated like this? No explanation whatsoever? maybe they need to hire better employees who care about prospective tenants.

Rose Associates recently took over as management company for our building. The prior company had ignored our repeated requests to replace a leaking kitchen faucet for months, resulting in water damge under the sink. Within the first week of their assuming management, they had a terrific plumber install a new faucet, and a contractor in to assess the the water damage. They promply and graciously replied to our email requests and had a very competent contractor in to replace the sodden flooring of the cabinet that very weekend! Thank you Lizeyka and Ryan and thank you Rose Associates!
