ABC NY

I've dealt with different property management/owner companies all over the country and this one by far is the worst. They accuse me of not paying rent because they never received payments from the company who managed and executed my lease on their behalf. This was the company I made my rental payments to before ABC NY canceled their relationship with them and ask me to sign a lease directly with ABC NY. I've sent them receipts of the rental payments they are accusing me of not paying and I get no response from them other than another statement showing incorrect charges. Now they are threatening to send my account to collections and possible legal action. Horrible record keeping and communication between not only them and their tenants but apparently among themselves as well.

They stole my security deposit and then had the nerve to send me a bill for the rent difference that I never signed up for. So basically I asked to move to a bigger apartment before my lease was up turns out the apartment had damages to the floors. I notified them and they said they would fix it after asking for dates several times, they told me to move in and they would work on it. That took me up until the time to move they still wouldnt give me an answer so I thought them I was moving. Im the middle of my last mouth I asked if i could still possibly stay and they said yes, but I decided to still, I never sign to extend my lease so when I moved, they refused to give me my security deposit and then sent me a bill for a rent increase I never signed for. Moris and his company are a bunch of crooks.

Im very frustrated with this building and company: theres been nearly no responses to my past requests, the super is impossible to get ahold of, they arent helpful about anything, make tenants sign legal document saying they can report you to the credit bureaus, the hallways smell like trash, theres trash and recycling everywhere, there are cockroaches and bug problems, and the neighbors are disrespectful. Dont move here. Youre better off spending a little more to live somewhere nicer.

Easy to pay. Horrible to rely on. Been trying to get our fridge fixed for about 5 days now and they either havent been answering or point the finger to someone else. We had to throw away over $150 worth of food. There negligence when it comes to maintenance is staggering. This is not the first offense, it took them two months to respond to a clogged sink. TWO MONTHS. Looking for a new place soon.
