Terrible management team. Refused to give my deposit back after they bait and switched me on an apartment. Listing photos were of a different apartment. Apartment was in fact under construction. They are very quick to take your money but do not care after.

if this is your management company - run. Our entire building is locked. no one can get in with their key fab or when they are buzzed in. Since they are 'closed' on the weekend. We were advised to keep the building door unlocked.. this is nyc baby, crime and theft occurs. We have also been living with mold, a broken window and leaks from the roof for 2 years. no help on that either.

Beware very shady group of people will not return any calls or correspondence when you are looking to get your security back.

PLEASE AVOID! These people scammed me out of my deposit and blackmailed me saying that if I pursue legal actions I will be added to the New York black list of real estate. Same group of people also run 2-3 other management companies with similar problems! All their buildings are crumbling without any maintenance, they run deals to get you in and they won't fix anything in the apartment if you need help.
