Absolutely horrendous real estate service. The two agents I dealt with were unresponsive and made false promises, not to mention starting bidding wars between applicants by accepting multiple applications and multiple deposits for a single apartment, which is not only unprofessional but unethical. Of course, they were very responsive at the beginning, in order to lure me into submitting an application and a deposit, at which point they stopped accepting calls, and tried to start a bidding war with another applicant, trying to jack up the price. I had no patience for it. I write this to discourage anyone looking into this company from dealing with them; you'll probably be wasting your time.
