I would not have chosen to live in a building managed by them. A piece of advice to potential buyers and renters- Take a careful look at building management and build that into your decision making.

Company is completely unresponsive to building complaints. My building has been sued and lost many times because of this company bad negligence. We had to pay a lot of money out of building coffers due to Ira Meister poor management. WE recently won a case inCourt against building and IRA Meister refuses to cash our checks or take itOff ourbill. They don't call back nor do they answer our legal letters to the Board of the building. Just  idiots . Don't have a clue as to what to do . Adams Matthews is horrible company . I don't recommend your building use them . He's also thief in my opinion.

Rude, unresponsive, and incredibly difficult to deal with. Tries to force clauses not in the lease and really don't care about tenants. Would seriously reconsider living in a building managed by them.
