        K and R Realty is a group of deceptive, greedy, immoral and unethical people. They lie at every turn they get especially during lease renewals. The laundry room in my building constantly breaks down. Run the other way. For your sake.

        If you see any property with K&R realty as the management, RUN! They are absolutely horrible. Low-down skeezers with horrible communication skills and extremely unethical. I wish I researched them more before signing my lease. They are unresponsive, rude, have horrible communication with each other internally in their management which negatively affects the tenants. No one there knows what they are talking about and will give you the run-around on anything you have an issue with. I will make sure I never lease with them again. If I could give zero stars, i would.
