This place is Awesome,The mechanic Mr. Kelly and the receptionist are amazing. Honest professional work. I've been taking my 2003 GMC Envoy there for at least 7 years. AVOID MARSHA! Unprofessional and lack of communication plagues this office. Always seem to find a way to mess up the simplest of tasks. Don't contact if you don't have to. Marsha is a despicable and trifling human being. She has no soul or heart and should be smacked off her pedestal. Avoid at all costs. She is literally a mad person who has no semblance of human decency. Marsha if you read this. Find me and I will say this to your face. B****.

We live in a building managed by Sandberg. Their service is astoundingly unprofessional. In addition to multiple failures in day-to-day management, they cost us a buyer on our condo because they took weeks to respond to basic due diligence questions, and when they did reply they submitted incomplete information. The buyer walked because they did not trust a building managed by Sandberg and we do not blame the buyer; doing such work is a core responsibility of a management company. If you are considering a management company for your building, please heed my advice and look at another provider.

You won't find a more dedicated and professional group of property managers in NYC. This firm is the best combination of a small, family-run business that really cares about their employees and a professional team of experienced property managers and office staff that really cares about their buildings.
