        This is the worst management company in NYC. Bar none. They are horrifically bad, lazy, inept, and useless. I hope that anyone considering renting an apartment managed by these people and doing some due diligence reads this review and decides against it. I have dealt with illegal conditions throughout the entirety of my lease. It took physically going to their office to make them start responding to us at all. Do not do it, do not sign a lease with these people, please do not make the same mistake I did.

        They never follow up on anything despite the number of calls or emails! It is really dissapointing! This company does not understand it is dealing with human issues, inquiries and concerns not with things. Unfortunately this is not its agenda!
