        Welcome to Hollywood, California! Our introduction to you; our gas and water were shut off on the same day because you weren't paying our property's bills once you took over. But you paid a lady named Shelby to knock on our doors & call over and over to scare us all into moving out of our rent-controlled apartments. You changed the lock on the front gate with literally 0 notice to residents. None. People came home and couldn't get in. You now refuse to fix our washing machines *during a pandemic* but you have construction guys in all day long to turn our 100-year-old historic building into something else. Seriously. How do you guys sleep at night?
