Very good management company. We have been renting from Covington for 3 years now, and only have had positive experiences in that time. Lease renewal was smooth and fair, very reasonable people to work with who always address your concerns promptly and with human kindness. Susan Samuels the executive assistant is a lovely person. She is really genuine and always greets me warmly and helps us with anything we need. Dwayne our super, is hands down the best we have ever had, the best super you could ever have. He mops the halls and windexes the windows/washes the doors, cleans the street in front of our building every single morning. Is always so helpful in fixing anything in our apartment from clogged drains to out of reach smoke detectors in need of new batteries- Dwayne has your back. He is the super for both the buildings on our block and does a fantastic job. From Covington Realty Services, I have also dealt with Bridget Beatty and Shaun Covington himself who were both professional, prompt and polite!
