Jordan & Josh were great to work with . Their properties are well maintained and redone to the highest quality i've seen for rental properties in the New York area. There move in & application process makes it easy for clients that need to be situated within a timely manner.

I lived in one of Shalimar's properties, 540 West 50th Street, for 3 years. The super of the building (Cirlo) was one of the most attentive, helpful, and resourceful supers in the city. The property manager, Cassandra, has always been overly responsive to all e-mails and correspondences. Cassandra made sure our AC and stove were properly replaced when broken, and she ensured all payments and our deposit was received properly. Thank you Cassandra, Cirlo, and Shalimar for making my experience living in your building so amazing.
