Synoptic Management Corp

Synoptic Management Corp disregards emails, phone calls and, above all, outstanding invoices. It took close to a full year to be paid for outstanding invoices. Be prepared to have to send dozens of emails and make endless calls to try and resolve anything within this "management company". Only after threatening to place a lien on one of their buildings did anything happen to move forward in getting paid. Came to find out they cashed out the insurance check months ago and were withholding thousands of dollars from my company. This is who Synoptic Management Corp is.

We purchased a property managed by them in 2021. Not only have they not informed us of planned construction, they have ignored our messages from the owners since the purchase. This company hired a construction team that has so far, caved our ceiling in and left significant holes in our ceiling from additional construction. Highly recommend looking into your management corp before buying because of this company.

Have worked with Synoptic for several years as a coop unit owner. Pleased with professionalism and timely responses for maintenance issues as well as overall building management. Several team members have been helpful over the years.... in particular Andrea during my closing for when i both purchased and sold the unit. I will miss the team!
