I've been renting from Guido at VPM for around six years, and it has been an amazing rental experience. He has been responsive and has great customer service. Referring to Mantainance support, its been fantasticquick response all the time and best treat. I highly recommend renting from VPM for the best rental experience in NYC.

I've been renting from Guido at VPM for close to five years now, and it has been the best rental experience I've had in NYC. Guido and his team are attentive and quick to respond to any issues. Their maintenance support, in particular, is impressive. There was an instance when my dryer broke, and the very next day, a technician was sent to my apartment to fix the issue. Highly recommend renting from VPM if you're looking for a great rental experience in NYC.

I was a bit concerned about renting an apartment with a manager instead of directly from the owner, but my experience with VPM was great. Whenever I needed to get something fixed in the apartment they were super responsive and polite. I also never had any problems with billing or the move out process. Luca and Patty are really great.
