I pre-ordered a flower delivery for Valentine's day a month before February 14th. I paid extra because it was described as "hand-delivered" flowers. I chose my delivery time between 9am-3pm to a business address. I called at 1:09pm and asked the status of my flower delivery. The customer representative at PlantShed said it was "out for delivery". I then called at 4pm knowing that the business where my delivery was going to closes at 5pm and it was already an hour past my delivery. They sent me to voicemail, every time I called. I get an email at 6:27pm attempting to deliver the flowers... 3.5 hours past the delivery time. Listen, it's Valentine's Day, I know it's the busiest day of the year for flowers but don't promise a hand delivery between 9am-3pm and show up 3.5 hours after the latest time of arrival. Nothing like almost ruining someone's Valentine's Day! I would never choose PlantShed for reliable delivery.

his flower delivery was not completed and delivered! I have beenenwaiting since yesterday a for the delivery and it still hasn't come but some how it is saying delivered! I'm so disappointed with this service because this flower was meant for a very special occasion and it was important that it be delivered with care. With instead I'm faced with lack of response from customer service. This will be the first and last time I use your flower service!

A cafe inside a flower shop. I remember that the matcha latte here was very delicious.

Beautiful shop. Unfortunately an associate over the phone gave me different prices than what was actually in store. But I still walked out with a gorgeous snake plant (10 inch+) and pythos. Wish they would carry more $10 plants as advertised. Was hoping to get more for my buck. Zora was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back for more and coffee next time
