Parker Waichman LLP - Personal Injury Accident Attorneys

After the judge signed off on my settlement in December 2021, they didn't send me my 1st (of 2) payments until May 2022. That was only after I got an attorney and threatened them with breach of contract. I was told the rest would be released no later then December 2022. I have received nothing. They don't answer or return calls or emails. They also quoted me a flat 35% in fees and charged me 41%. I am now having to involve the New York Attorney General. It is now March 2025, I still don't have the rest of my settlement and they still aren't answering my calls or returning them. The Attorney General won't do anything.

Since calling Parker Wachman about a Personal Injury Case they were immediately there to Help me and I had my first face to face meeting with co-ordinator Bernard Petty while still in the hospital. He was courteous, respectful and extremely well informed to help me with my personal injury case which helped put me completely at ease and very happy that I called Parker Wachman to Represent Me in my case.While talking with Mr.Petty I explained that I had been trying to be filed through the 9/11 Zadroga act for many years while I was also dealing with many medical issues at the same time and had been hitting roadblock after roadblock with no one to help me and not knowing where to turn.He explained that Parker Wachman also handles those cases and they would do what ever they can to help me.That was less than two weeks ago and Bernard Petty,Stacy Catalano and a Gentleman named Dorian in the office have done more for me in this short period of time than anyone else had done to help me over the past 10 years.Instead of stressing everyday over this problem I finally feel relaxed enough to look to the future.I can not thank them enough for what they've done for me but I will find a way ERIC T REDD

I really appreciate what Parker Waichman did for me. The assigned attorney kept pushing the Auto Insurance for better payout for me and i really appreciate that. Would give 0 if I could communication is poor chris ox is unfeeling just sees u as a check like every mass tort lawyer wouldn't use ever again better representing urself at least u will have a say for those thinking about it do ur research these mass tort favor the pharmaceutical companies rather than u and tbh i wouldn't be surprised if they r working for the companies rather u
