This is the worst parking experience I ever had. Please use some other parking services instead if you want to keep your good mood.
It was a nightmare to deal with a old valet with short curly hair, who was extremely rude.
Firstly, he forcefully asked for tip, saying he was very tired and I should give him tip now instead of tomorrow morning. I didnt hear him very well at the beginning. Then he repeated that loudly in athreatening tone. Although I usually only give tip when I picked up the car, I made an exception and gave him the tip.
Secondly, after I gave him $2 tip, he was still not very happy and said he should give him $10 instead. He kept saying that I was rich and he deserved more money in both English and Spanish. I was shocked and felt threatened. I had to spend a lot time explainning to him that I was not rich at all.

ENTER IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL! Just FYI.
Really great up until I went to get the car and they said I had not paid for the SUV rate despite my reservation saying: (SUV - Already Paid) right at the top. Be sure to keep your receipt handy!

Reserved a spot through their app (iPark): got a better price than using spothero which is neat.
Its easy to miss the entrance! Drive slowly on 43 st then youll need to turn left and drive towards the entrance of a complex, THEN you turn left and go underground.
Its only 1 lane so be careful. Theres a traffic light for those leaving the parking but not for those entering.
Out car was handled well and service was prompt.

Handled my car with care! May need a reservation as this garage gets crowded. A bit on the expensive side however it's worth it. Came back after an hour and a half and it came to $31. Will be using this place again if I'm in the area
