DO NOT PARK AT THIS GARAGE. I parked my car at this location and they damaged my car. They clearly damaged my bumper while parking the car and did not mention it. Management refuses to be accountable for the damage. Will only park at reputable garages such as ICON in the future....Stay away from IPARK !!!!!

I was trying to book here but the person who answered the phone, yelled that they were very busy. I suppose that answers my question, I have zero confidence parking here and will never leave my car in this facility just based on the first impression. Perhaps if you dont want to turn customers away, dont yell at them the second you answer the phone. A simple hello, how can I help you? wouldve sufficed. There are plenty of garages in the area that treat customers with kindness, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.
