AVOID THIS PLACE! THEY STEAL FROM YOU! I took my ID and credit card out of my wallet but left the wallet and purse in my car. When I got back, I realized someone had gone through my wallet because it was in a different place in my bag and a bunch of the cards were shoved back in the wrong places where they didn't fit. I had to cancel my backup credit card. Fortunately, I had my main card and my ID with me and I didn't have gift cards in my purse. Could have been worse! We've parked at places all over Manhattan and never had this problem before. Don't park here! It's not worth it!

Wish I could give this place 0 stars... sadly, I have to opt for 1. My BF and I had dinner reservations at Sei Less and were running a bit behind and decided to park here. While we were able to find a good deal on Groupon, it actually came at a high price!
The person who parked our car went through our belongings and stole some of our personal items that were in there when we had parked the car. We know this because while we were in a rush, we decided to place them in the glove compartment, not thinking someone would go through it. We are currently opening a case against this place. If they did it to us, they do it often to others.

Worst parking garage. I had an advanced reservation and already prepaid my parking. When getting out of the garage, their scanners were not reading the qr code and 2 guys were telling different things on how will I be able to go out. I waited for 45 minutes to get assistance to get out and no one helped. Until i just figured it out myself. The people here don't know their job. Pls avoid them.

After a 10 hour of drive from Toronto we wanted to park our car here.Upon receiving the receipt at the gate a guy approached us and asked how long we would like to park here, we said 3 night.
He said he is going to park our car, but it was very suspicious for us since he didnt wear a uniform and as a tourist we were not familiar with the rules and made us uncomfortable to give our expensive car to a person we dont know at all. So I told my fiance to double-check with the office if its how the system works.
We were just trying to be cautious, and thats all. The guy became extremely offended and rude, and he pulled the immigrant card, we just tried to be cautious and give car keys to a stranger. I dont care if you are an immigrant (I am too), just try to understand and learn how customer service works. Not everyone aware of the system of New york parking. PLEASE TELL YOUR EMPLOYEES HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH COURTESY.
