The mortgage process was such a headache with other lenders and after months of already having another lender in place, we were told close to 1 month before closing that the lender did not want to follow through because the apartment was a new build (something that was known months before). We were extremely stressed and coming to terms with losing the apartment we loved, but we were referred to Brian and GR Affinity and it was the best decision we ever made. Brian was so efficient and even would email us back during off hours, which made us confident he was working so hard to make sure we could go through the process before our closing date in less than a montha feat that seemed almost impossible.
