F in Fay stands for Formidable & Fantastic! I had what Ive been told an unusually long closing process, almost 6 months, after my offer was accepted. Some of that time was me figuring it out as a 1st time homebuyer in NYC. Fay stayed in the fray with me the whole time. She cast a wide net to find properties that met my particular requirements. When my desires changed, she adapted with grace & poise. She looked out for my best interests, answered all my questions and represented me well when meeting prospective sellers and sellers agents.
