Jackie went above and beyond in helping us find and secure an apartment to rent for my daughter. We were in a tight spot time wise and as foreign student (the US rental market differing significantly from the UK) Jackie's professionalism and expertise was invaluable. He even worked on his day off, saving us considerable time. He provided honest and practical advice, even showing us the bus route to her college!
