Finding a broker you can rely on is not easy. But Jonathan tells me everything that is good about a potential purchase and also everything bad, even if he has to go out of his way to find out any potential issues. There are many times where he recommends an inspection or finds issues I didn't even know could be a problem, but would have cost a lot later down the line. I really feel like he is working for me and has my best interests in mind. He is an expert at navigating the process of buying, renovating, repairing and renting out homes. Jonathan put so much research into my home search, emailing me floorplans and photos of various homes that fit my initial criteria. He has energy and enthusiasm, turning the tedious chore of finding a home into something fun and exciting, which is quite refreshing. He was upfront about everything, explaining to us how various processes worked and gave great tips on how to minimize move-in costs. He is ethical, honest, fun, friendly and I really can't praise him enough. Find your dream home with him!

Jonathan is an excellent agent. He is thoughtful, responsive, very hard-working and honest. While working with Jon, I always felt he had my best interests at heart, and while all agents work for a commission, making sure I found the right property was his top priority.
