InSession Elegantly Design Therapist Website

I selected InSession to handle my therapist marketing with for the past 4 years now and I have reached a level of success that I truly did not think was possible. I trust them and think most therapists will have the same experience.

I have 2 sites with InSession, my personal practice and my group practice. I tried the other "therapist website" companies and only InSession delivered what they promised. I highly recommend them.

TERRIBLE ~ they don't even deserve the one star but how else to I communicate my extreme disdain for how I have been treated? I had been a long time user of InSessions services. Recently decided to switch things up and cancel my account. Sent over an email and was advised that if i wanted to keep my domain name & email that it would cost me $85.00 and my account would be term 7/25/2019. I agree and ask when I would be able to have access to my domain name...CRICKETS!!! repeatedly CRICKETS! While on vacation (7/21), I receive a call from my biller. All of the emails have been kicked back and the account has been closed!!! Wait WHAT? I made several attempts to contact them, including asking for a voice to voice with someone (anyone!!!) via phone. Their response? Phone calls are reserved for folks who are having custom websites built! If there was someway for me to designate my supreme displeasure in their customer service and lack of response, I WOULD!!!
