Having a flex space at Lina NoMad has been great! The space is beautiful, clean and professional. My patients come to me for specialized physical therapy and always say how comfortable the space is. The support staff is so helpful and offer a welcoming vibe for my patients. I highly recommend seeing a practitioner at LINA or considering it as your work space if you are a provider.

I have been utilizing Lina Services since pre-covid and It has been a huge benefit and success as a remote location for offering specific treatments. In addition the mail pick up is extremely helpful and convenient. And the staff, ie Ray is always accommodating and a real gentleman!

Great medical co-working space for practitioners who are starting out with room to grow. Many amenities in a clean and modern space that patients always compliment. Highly recommend!!

I have been with Lina for 3 years as a solo practitioner. It has been a great pleasure working with the owners and with Debra Klemm (Director of Operations) in particular. I relocated with my family out of state. If I hadn't, I would have stayed with Lina for many more years. Highly highly recommended!!

This place is is the worst. Like the previous writer wrote all they want is your money. I came in to rent a single work room. I made a comment that a suite of three rooms that they had was attractive. But I was clear that I did not rent it. Well, on came the hard salesmanship as they tried to sell me the three room suite for 6-7X more than the single room. Once I was clear that it wasn't a good fit for me, I became persona non-grata. And they were being scam artists with the prices. They just didn't want to rent to me any longer when I didn't rent the $12,000 three room suite located high in a high rise. Why should I The Day before I found a 2000sq/ft beautiful store from space in midtown East for $15,000 I just did not need that much space. So wanted to start out with a co-working space. Also, they kept saying that they hand picked the members of their community/club... Plus, they ignore the patients. I sat in the waiting room and observed the flow. The patients check themselves in and they barely interact with them. Is that the front desk service that you want to pay for? It was so bad that one of the doctors had his own assistant with him. This place, company is not worth your money or your time. You can find better medical spaces to sublet in the classifieds in the MSSNY, New York State Medical Society page. If this review gets taken down once again, I will publish their email telling me that there was no space that they were full while I was looking at their add in the Classifieds stating that they had plenty of space to rent. My experience and opinion matters
