Bella Gardens

Our condo terminated Bella's contract after 1 season.They missed several important deadlines such as spring pruning and mulching.We had to use another contractor for bulb planting as Bella was not responsive (I think due to their owners illness).They left their tools in garbage bags hidden in bushes on our property as they have no facility.Lawn care was poor, lots of weeds. They were difficult people to deal with, lots of "red font" emails and pushback. They were reluctant to take direction from us, the customer.They overpromised on their ability to manage irrigation. No innovation was shown, no ideas were provided.
