Ms. Rosalind guilty and ms. Adrienne belle-walker both teller both professional and knowledgeable in question I had. Also mr. Christopher very professional and knowledgeable and greeted me as enter branch. Every time I come to branch all staff very nice.

Very unprofessional. The banker is having conversation with costumers about personal stuff and daily news without caring about other people waiting in line for hours

And then you have customer service employees/tellers like JULEEZA who enjoys to troll customers who's names she finds "funny". --Its inappropriate If you don't take care of your customers, someone else will. And then you won't be so well off to add acrylic nails to your fingers to make you less able to work I could have emailed HLS Social as suggested below, but my aim is to put you in your place a little and I hope you'll take a step back and look at the situation Cheers

I ordered a debit card twice and they both got lost in the mail. I updated my phone number and had no way of ordering a new card because it takes 5 days to update your number. I had no access to my money,doesnt make sense. Horrible service.

Really great experience on the phone with one of your tellers (a man, I didn't catch his name). He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I really appreciated it!
