        We are having a terrible time with our service and emails not working. I came in to work today to find our WIFI out. After 3 plus months with out email and having to use our hotspots to send and receive message at a business has been extremally frustrating, and this was to much. I called and got a wonderful rep. She was wonderful and is trying to help with the emails on top of finding a problem with the account change over when the company was bought out back on February 16th of 2023. Her name is Hymie Delgado and she deserves 5 stars!!!!

        For once my very small business has a dedicated support person that I can communicate with about options and services and is able to offer me the best options when RCN changes their billing. I am very happy to have left Comcast years ago!
