        Oak digital is in violation of the CAN-SPAM act. They refuse to remove people from their email spam list despite hitting unsubscribe (never subscribed to begin with) and despite sending them emails insisting to have us removed. We have thus contacted their upstream email provider and web host and have filed complaints with the FTC regarding their illegal behavior. Steer clear from this spammy, scammer of a company.

        This company wont stop harassing me via email I have unsubscribed over and over, called and texted the agent, and they dont care. Very sad that a company violates spam laws.

        Andy Dubin from OAK has been SPAM emailing me constantly. Have unsubscribed and ask them not to email me, yet they keep coming. I can imagine their marketing services match their inability to read the room and the fact they buy lists and spam people tells you all you need to know.
