Amanda promptly called back soon after I sent her my existing auto insurance policy for comparison, and she saved me lots of time by shopping other carriers so as to confirm that I had the lowest rates available for the moment. She educated me on current and local trends in auto insurance in the NY Metro Tristate area, sent me a link to an inexpensive defensive driver course, and even patiently listened to a few of my personal stories related to driving in NYC.
