Theresa and her team at Gotham Florist always go above and beyond to create one of kind stunning arrangements, crafted and delivered with an unrivaled personal touch. For going on two years, Gotham consistently is the best florist Ive worked with on the East Coast.

Ordered the "A La Rose" bouquet of roses, which, unfortunately, did not resemble the photo on the website. The experience with this florist was mediocre from the outset, and in hindsight, there were red flags I should have heeded. After my online purchase, I didn't receive any order confirmation, which was the first sign of trouble. My attempts to reach out were met with silence calls went unanswered, at least ten times over several days, which was quite frustrating. Who wants to be calling daily just to confirm an order? I even went the extra mile to create an account on their website, hoping to track my order, but to no avail it was nowhere to be found. The saving grace was finally getting a response via email, where they confirmed my order. What was meant to be a simple order turned into an unnecessarily ordeal, all stemming from a lack of technological efficiency on their site and a complete absence of customer service responsiveness over the phone. It's disappointing when a service fails to deliver on such basic fronts, turning what should be a joyous occasion into a source of stress. At least the order arrived, which is why I gave it 2 stars.

Gotham Florist is the best in the business - they truly never ever miss! Every arrangement Ive ever received from them is absolutely stunning and fresh. Delivery is always on time and beautifully and safely packaged. I am always in awe of how every flower seems to be expertly placed. Photos are from arrangements Ive received both more recently and in the last year. Very highly recommend!!
