They dont respond to any emails or give any updates to the publicly traded companies they represent. I honestly dont know how they are even in business

Worst IR company! No responses to emails, no business updates, nothing. Their most recent IPO WRNT has dropped 95% in three months. Newly listed company is non-complian with Nasdaq and at risk of being delisted! Total failure and zero respect for shareholders.

If you are a serious organization that cares about your shareholders, reputation and strive to comply with regulations, you should run away from this company. If you are a fraudulent organization that works with hedge-funds to destroy shareholder value, Ascent is the place to go. Warrantee stock (WRNT) has depreciated 95% in three months. Warrantee seems to be a fraudulent organization and does not respond to shareholder inquiries even after watching silently their stock craters. Ascent as their IR is also silent and completely ignores shareholders. No responses, no business updates, nothing, nada. I will not be surprised if regulators close Ascent IR after learning what has happened with Warrantee.
