RTS CAPITAL HOLDINGS INC

If I could give them zero stars I would. I have been a client of RTS for several years, as well as the other 6 members of my family. Last year my tax return was "mistaken" direct deposited into someone's (a client of RTS (someone they confirmed they knew)) cash app account. I contacted RTS specifically Carlos and Blake regarding this and they reassured me they would resolve this issue. After a year of waiting and contacting the IRS it was confirmed that this individual received both my state and federal tax return (over $18,000). Blake started that Carlos (owner) told him that this was his mistake. Blake started making payments to repay the stolen funds. He stopped making payments in June and stated that he no longer works for RTS. To date I have only been paid back $7,000. I have contacted Blake and Carlos numerous times and have gotten no results. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THIEFS Hoping that this review will finally get the response I have been unable to receive. If needed screen shoots and all text message communication can be produced. Next steps will be taking your company to court. UPDATE: 10/6/2023 Still have no heard from Carlos, and he has now blocked my phone number. Why are you avoiding correcting this situation. You guys are crooks.

Horrible experience. Thought that a agency like this should be helping on assisting clients who has vouchers for a place of residency and i was denied the service. Please safe yourself from the stress and DO NOT go to this company!!
