I have a fabulous chic parka that I bought at least 10 years ago and it is not only warm but so fashionable and comfortable. And, the quality is so outstanding that it does not even look a year old! I wanted to purchase a longer down puffer, and had one all picked out, but there was a problem with the shopping app and my size was sold out. I called the customer service department yesterday and the lady who helped me was able to find a coat and hold it for me until I was able to successfully complete the purchase. This is the kind of customer service that really hardly exists any more. I am so thrilled to have this coat and look forward to wearing it in many winters to come! The coat is lovely, but runs small. I have tried to use the return portal unsuccessfully. I have called the phone number on their website~ disconnected. I have sent two emails with order number included. No response. hmmm...
