My first visit by phone to Wing & Weft I met with Tamara and received the warmest and most cordial and intelligent answers to my meandering questions and an invitation to please come visit. The next time I called I met with owner Katie Sue who was even more cordial and invited me to visit her location and ask more questions and satisfy my needs. THEN, when I went to the 11th floor at 265 W. 37th street right off 8th Ave, I was really impressed with the shop/store/facility and the comfort and warmth and classy rooms and activity, not to mention the bubbly and classy owner Katie Sue. She is the whole picture. & Patient and Helpful:) I placed my order on the spot and walked out with a pair of gloves that couldn't have been more perfect for our production purposes. Professional and fun was the experience and to see the facility and the array of stock on location, the quality and variety and the service, and knowledge, and assistance, was extraordinary. The price was beautiful and the options to purchase and / or rent merchandise for convenience was really so helpful.
