15 min later - I didnt hear anyone coming , I pressed the help button again.
The new rep said a repairman was on the way. I asked whats the eta of the repairman, I was answered with I dont have that information .
I told the rep. Im having a medical condition- please call 911.. and she actually told me there prevented from calling 911.. that I would need to do so , but I didnt have my phone on me. I stayed in there for one hour until a neighbor heard the alarm and me banging.
TK elevator help / support system is so flawed.
This company & help line is useless.
Prey you dont get trapped in one of their elevators and need their help - AND never go in one of their elevators without a phone ! **
