They are crooks and owe me my Money I am calling out the CEO and VP to do better! This is a time crisis and you guys are allowing your org to keep peoples money! Buyer remorse is completely different than the product not matching the expectation! You are a fraud if you think you have a 96+ ratings score! I Hardly write review but for your company, Im making an exception. Give me my money! Wish I could give no stars

Don't waste your time trying to contact the seller they will never answer i called Amazon.com that this company is a rip-off they are helping me with this process. I got some furniture and it was damaged they expect you to pay to return it mind you my package is heavy so its gonna be pricey meaning my refund wouldn't even be like getting a full refund. I'm sorry but this company is just setting a bad example for themselves no way am I going to pay to return something that I received damaged never again will i do business with them. Stores 123, you all are scammers your quick to take customers money and don't even care how you ship out our equipment cant believe Amazon is still doing business with you all i will be getting my full refund with or without you not answering my calls im taking things into action no one is going to rip me off.
