From the moment I spoke to Sarah I was put at ease. I live in Birmingham, Alabama and had gotten a quote from the premiere jeweler in our city. Sarah's offer was 1k more my two older Rolex watches, so it was an easy decision to sell. She stayed with me through the whole process of shipping, appraisal, offer, and payment. This was a first for me to ship such valuable items across country to a company I didn't know, but the whole process was seamless. She answers her phone, responds to texts and or emails. It was a quick process with overnight shipping and direct wire payment to my account. In addition, I received a free appraisal on my mother's wedding ring. In the end I decided to keep the ring and she shipped it back to me at no cost. The other reviews speak for themselves, so I wanted to add my affirmation that this is the place to go regardless of where you live.
