        Miguel has ruined this company. From the moment he came in the entire energy has changed. Staff are constantly complaining about him to each other, he judges people on how they look, and only helps anyone who kisses up to him. I worked here for a while and everything was AMAZING when Baron was in charge. Miguel is stuck up, arrogant, and i can guarantee if Jay Wright doesn't do something soon about him, he wont have a company anymore. The staff itself and residents are amazing, but Miguel and maybe 2 other managers HAVE TO GO OR THIS COMPANY WILL FALL.....even residents say it.
