      image They are so bad at letting you know how much things cost there! Especially Rosy. She always asks me what is bothering me teeth-wise and then passes on the wrong message to the dentist because she doesn't listen/she's not a doctor but likes to pretend she knows about dentistry.
      They won't tell you your retainers will cost an extra $500 until they give them to you. Make sure you constantly ask what else they will charge you for. They will say one thing and then you suddenly have to pay extra.
      I moved out of NYC more than a year ago, and I just received a bill from them even though I always made sure to pay full balance at every visit.
