Eunice was so incredibly kind and easy to talk to, made me feel at ease as a new patient. Dr. Basseri was nice as well, straight to the point about my options without any pressure. The specialist and broke down costs for me after was thorough as well. They accepted my Aetna insurance with no hiccups. The entire office was clean, bright, great music. Did not realize I would have such a great dental experience!

In April, 2022 I visited Smile Lab after viewing several positive reviews on Groupon. My objective was to receive a consultation and hopefully repair some much-needed dental complications. I was originally quoted one price, which was over $29,000.00 for which I took out two high-interest loans from a company affiliated with Smile Lab. However, as my treatment continued, I was informed by Smile Lab billing department of several hidden fees, ranging from $3,000 to $ 900.00, none of which I paid. In 2023 I was prepared to receive my permanent implants, by Dr. Ebrahimi which I was told would last for at least fifteen years. The first procedure on my upper left side was completed by another Dentist. The procedure called polishing was explained to me that this was to be completed outside of my mouth to avoid pain, everything went well, painless, and with satisfactory explanation. The second implant on my lower left side was completed by Dr. Ebrahimi. Dr. Ebrahimi, unlike the first dentist, explained nothing to me and performed the polishing inside of my mouth, which was excruciatingly painful. I was given several injections to decrease the pain without relief. Dr. Ebrahimi proceeded to drill down a tooth on my upper right side without explanation and again this procedure was just as painful and to this day I was not given a reason. When Dr. Ebrahimis assistant asked him about showing me how to floss my new implants, which the first dentist did. Dr. Ebrahimi leaned across me and whispered something to his assistant, and then walked out. When I rose from the dental chair my face was swollen and my implant had a protruding tooth in the front and no room to floss. What started as a doctor-patient relationship turned into a predator-prey assault.
I requested several times to speak to Dr. Ebrahimi about correcting and explaining to me his reasoning behind this but was ignored. My last day at Smile Lab was in June 2023 when Dr. Ebrahimi walked into the room with an assistant present and stated I was his favorite client because he could do anything to me and I wouldnt complain This is me complaining. I was needlessly subjected to one of the most traumatic and sadistic medical experiences of my life by Dr. Waise Ebrahimi.
