NYU Dental Faculty Practice

My experience with Dr Shi has been incredible. Dr Shi is the most caring periodontist Ive ever came across and trust me Ive had plenty in my lifetime. Although its quite expensive due to the extensive amount of work I need done to bring back my oral health, Im fully confident in her work. Dr Shi explains every procedure in details and she has opened my eye to how, why and what needs to be done to achieve my oral healthy. Ive been seeing her since August 2022, my confidence was at an all-time low but little by little shes changing my life and Ive gained some of my confidence back. I know I will be very happy with the outcome in the coming months because Im in great hands. I recommend Dr Shi 110% to anyone, shes unlike other periodontist shes kind and I can tell she love what she does and it shows. I rarely have a wait time, and if I do, she come to the front desk to reassure me the room is being cleaned for me. Although it can be a hassle for the front desk employees to get back to me, they are helpful and pleasant.

My jaw locked after getting cavities filled and when I couldnt get it closed I think my body when in panic mode because I almost fainted in the chair. Jane was the best healthcare worker Ive ever come across. She massaged my jaw to help it eventually close and helped me calm down. Shes a great dentist and a great person. Hope and pray you get Jane!

I had one of my works dental experiences here. This is the last place you even want to go for your dental works, unless it is simple cleaning.

Dr. Huzefa Talib, DDS at NYU Dental was very arrogant and nasty and did not answer my questions. I will not be back.
