National Dental Chelsea

I am terribly afraid of the dentist but I really love this place!! Everyone is so friendly and patient. As long as they take my insurance I will never go any other place.

I had appointment got there early half of staff was wearing mask. We still in covid times. I waited for my time to be called. When a women walks in told one of staff she didnt have appointment but she need to see the doctor. Less then a min doctor took her in ,leaving me just sitting there. Office manager told me they will be calling me soon there glitch in computer. Smh.. i got up and left. Worse ever. Never again.

I went to the one on 30th Street the worst administrative, mis- informed and not organized at all. I had a 330 approach was not seen until 530..my daughter had an appt the same day schedule at 4 was not seen until 5. We told them multiple time.why we were there and we already had xray done and they still said we were waiting to take xray. Of course I lost it when I told them we were there only for consultations and exam and xray were done a month prior by there own technicians. They gave me paperwork to fill out when I told them I already filled pit..I kept insisting I did all this less than month ago..urgghh. Our appointments were rushed..when done they didn't tell us what's the next step..all they cared about is leaving on time which was 6pm. That is how long I was on their facility 2 and half hours for two appointments that were only 5 minutes long. If it wasn't the fact that I cannot find anyone to take my Insurance I would.not be here nor will I recommend anyone as well..do not come here unless you have any other choice or you want to be aggravated...because that's all I got out of this appointment.

I have been their client for almost 5 years and I can only say good things about the clinic: the front desk girls are always so nice , friendly and very helpful, the doctors are great too. Dr Padva is the best dentist in NYC! She is very professional, mindful and always meets me with a smile. I also loved her big collection of cards and magnets from all over the world, I hope it will be back on the walls after the little construction that they had, cause they are so beautiful and relaxing:) I love this place and highly recommend their service.
