The front desk doesnt even acknowledge you until to persist the X-ray techs were kind and ina the hygienist was also great with good patient/bedside manners. The assistant to the surgeon was incredibly rude dismissive and went out of her way to try to humiliate me. The wait is terrible and theres never not a line. Theres a staircase and no way for elderly food to get up stairs. I had such a terrible experience with the assistant and that just put the icing on this already unsavory cake. Im currently searching for a new dental office that cares about patients and cares to create a comfortable clean and caring environment for everyone.

ugh. Not a good experience. The actual dentist are not bad. They are typically understaffed in terms of Dentists. The customer service and waiting area management is super subpar. You will be in the overcrowded waiting area forever, literally. Twice I arrived early for an appointment after waiting outside in the cold with 15+ people outside for the office to then open late. The office opened 9:22 instead of 9am. I was the 6th person to enter the office after it opened and didn't see a Dentist until after 12pm. While you are waiting other people will come in after you, wait a while then complain they have been waiting and they get seen before you. If the Dentists on duty don't feel like doing your particular procedure they will cherry pick the ones they feel like doing and you will just be waiting until you complain to the receptionists (who wear their masks improperly under their noses, smh) that say, "No they're going to be seeing you soon." Another hour passes. Vendors that work outside in front stroll in with NO MASK ON through the waiting area to use the bathroom. Enter at your own risk! DON'T MAKE OTHER PLANS THAT DAY, you won't get to them on time. Some people are used to this kind of service but if you have been to a professional Dentist's office you know they aren't run this way. Shame on Yes, Dental. A Big NO NO. Do better!
