The staff are fantastic at Central Park West Dentist - 25 West 68th Street, New York, NY. Ive been a patient at both the 68th and 62nd street locations for over a decade and each time I go for my 6 monthly checkups I am reminded by how good they are. They are incredibly friendly and make every effort to keep you comfortable and pain-free during your treatment. 100% recommend - 5 stars!

Dr. Khalid, Miettah and Ashley were so great today! Dr. Khalid always does a great job of patiently addressing any of my concerns and is super helpful. I love going to Central Park West Dentistry. Everyone is always so friendly. It is always a great visit!

I applied on Indeed for the position of Patient Services Coordinator/Call Center at CPW dentistry on Thursday 3/7/24 and within a matter of hours was invited to virtually interview. I interviewed Monday 3/11/24 with Suzanne Villegas and Jessica Louise Barthel (for what seemed like 15-20 mins). I felt the interview went well and normally have questions, but I have recent experience with such job duties and genuinely felt everything pertaining to the company/position was explained thoroughly. Sometime afterwards, I did realize I missed asking a question and figured I'd ask the question post interview via email. I decided to send a thank you email and provided my direct contact number in case any further info was needed from me. I never received any form of acknowledgement from the email sent therefore I decided to call in on Friday 3/15/24 to ask my question. I was informed all supervisors were in a meeting so I left a message with a rep the message relayed should have been I was following up, post interview on how long the process could be expected to last. Still no email, no callback no communication at all. I called back on Monday 3/18/24 the rep advised Jessica B. was out for the week and Suzanne V. hadn't submitted her schedule for the week so there was no telling when she would be in office. I later received correspondence via my Indeed inbox, not via email nor telephone and the only thing said was "Hi Cassandra, thanks for calling to check in, we are still in the interview process." AGAIN, NO COMMUNICATION on a time frame on more or less when a decision would be made, and prospects contacted. I professionally expressed my understanding and advised my purpose for checking in was a result of recently experiencing lack of/scarce communication on how a company's interviewing process is. I ended the message with my email address and personal contact number. I emailed both Suzanne V. and Jessica B via email on 3/25/24 again expressing I hadn't received communication on a time frame of more or less when a decision could be expected. Except this time, I did express I put my employment search on hold as to not miss a possible opportunity with CPW. And the response submitted by Suzanne V. was "Hello Cassandra Thank you for the follow up, at this time, we have not made a hiring decision, however once we do, we will advise you accordingly. Again, thank you for the follow up." After which I decided to withdraw my application and made this review. On Monday 4/1/24 will make 3 weeks since the interview and I have NEVER had such a DISCOURAGING and NON-COMMUNICATIVE experience in all of my over 15 years working experience. I believe Suzanne V. has been with CPW dentistry for 10 weeks is the HR recruiter or something and Jessica B. who has been with CPW for 10 years is the dental call center manager, you would think communication is a strong suit, ANY MINIMAL "UPDATE" I received thus far has been a result of my inquiry. I understand interviewing can be a grueling and time-consuming process HOWEVER, COMMUNICATION IS A HUGE FACTOR that ought to be a PRIORITY from the employers to interviewees. The same way it would be from a provider to patient, you can't preach one thing and contradict it by doing another.
