        I purchased 2 suitcases and I have some questions on them. I emailed them at least 20 plus times and set up 2 phone calls and guess what NO call ! They can't ever make a phone call when they set the time. TUMI makes a nice suit case also.

        Horrible customer service. They make it impossible to cancel an order, even within an hour of placing it. Do not buy from them.

        My holiday gift, a toiletry kit, split. Im trying to request a fix or replacement but Away requires an order number. I dont have one.

        Nice design but very poor quality and even worse customer service... Not worth buying at this price point. Two of the three pieces of luggage I ordered have failed ( zipper not functional ) within the first few uses.. Customer service is useless and it took me ~3 months to get a replacement bag. Now I am going through it all over again on the second failure. I thought the first failure was an anomaly but these bags are trash - stay away...
