Dont use this fraud of useless company. If you can apply through another European embassy just do that. They lost my passport for three months and refused to give me refund for their service.

I was able to receive my visa 6 business days after submitting application. However, my experience has been substantially substandard from beginning to end because of the following reasons: 1. Appointments run out very quickly. You have to book it at least 1.5 months in advance to be secure. This is because the visa center is significantly understaffed and there are only 3 counters processing applications to all schengen countries except France. 2. When you arrive at your reserved time slot, you won't be called to the counter any time soon. The wait is usually around two hours, during which you can't use electronic devices. 3. The staffs aren't very professional, as they ask you for materials that aren't actually required. 4. They don't often update your application status. Your status may remain in "processing" even after you receive the visa. If you opt for courier service, they won't send you the Fedex tracking number either, so you'll have no idea when the package will arrive at your home. 5. It's impossible to contact the visa center itself. The helpline and email address on their website leads to a separate call center which just repeats information available online and doesn't know any details about your specific application.

If I can give no star I will. Security downstairs has the worst attitude in the world. The center has to charge at least $410 to process your Visa.
